Mr. Scott Fillback has over 40 years of technical experience in Project Management, Business Management, and Technical Solution work supporting both the DoD and Private sectors. Scott’s experience includes Operations Management, Business Development, Proposal Development/Submission, and Systems Architectural Documentation including Modeling and Simulation, Business Case Analyses, Requirements Definition, and Software Development Team Management. He is a retired Air Force Veteran having served with distinction for 20 years.

During his military career, he functioned as a Crypto Maintenance Technician, General’s Aide de Camp, Computer Programmer, and First Sergeant including working as the Senior Enlisted Advisor for the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) and being honored as the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer of the Quarter for all of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB). Upon military retirement, he has supported four Dayton-area Government Contractors serving as a Company Vice President, Director of Business Development, Director of Operations, and Project Manager/Lead Programmer for software development on multiple systems. In addition to these professional positions, Scott has been a part-time Civil Service Employee for 42 years perfecting his passion for woodwork at the WPAFB Arts and Crafts Center Wood Shop.
